Passports and Visas: A valid passport valid for at least 6 months after your entry date to India is your responsibility.

NOTE: You need to apply and have an Indian visa before you can enter the country

If you need information about visas use this link: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/

Baggage: There are two major systems for checked baggage allowances. For flights to/from the US, most airlines operate on a ‘two piece’ system – you can have two pieces of luggage checked, each weighing up to about 70lbs. For flights in the rest of the world, most airlines operate on a weight system.  Coach class passengers are limited to a maximum weight of 20kg/44lbs in total.  Business class passengers get 30kg/66lbs and first class passengers get 40kg/88lbs. You are responsible for baggage overweight charges. Baggage and all valuables are entirely at your own risk. You are responsible to check baggage allowances with the airlines you are flying with.

Every effort is made to keep to the trip itinerary, but this is not guaranteed, and some changes may be required. If you reserve double occupancy and no roommate is available, you will be upgraded to single occupancy and charged the difference.

Clarification of Responsibilities Accepted & Denied: We accept responsibility for the arrangements of the trip, which is completely within our control. We will under no circumstances be responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party. In the event of a dispute with such persons we will give every assistance possible to help resolve it but will not be held responsible for it. We can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, theft or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by you, the passenger. The right is reserved to substitute hotels of similar category for those indicated and to make any changes in air schedules necessary. The passenger ticket in use by the airlines shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the passenger. Right is reserved to decline to accept any person as a traveler on the trip.
