One of the most profound practices introduced in this class is Feeding Your Demons.

Inspired by an ancient Tibetan practice, this meditation invites you to relate to your fears, inner conflicts, and limiting patterns from a place of compassion rather than resistance.

Instead of seeing these aspects of yourself as enemies to overcome, you learn to listen deeply, transforming your relationship with them and discovering the wisdom they may contain.

Integration of the Akashic Journey
